March 9, 2024 - Très terrien à l'ouverture, sous-bois (bois dur et fougères) , ce Monthélie épate ensuite par sa concentration.
Le velouté de sa texture enrobe bellement sa charpente.
Son fruit intense, dattes anisées, inspire aussi un bel avenir dans un horizon de 1 ou 2 années.
Quelle belle confection !

December 9, 2023 - Ce Monthélie issu du lieu-dit Le Meix de Mypont, au sud du village, fait honneur à son appellation.
Il illustre à merveille la délicatesse, la finesse des vins de ce village adossé à Volnay.
La bouche est déjà facile.
Les effluves sont multiples: la vanille suivie par l'anis, le marasquin, le sous-bois et les fougères.
On sent que le vin est dans une phase séductrice et que son harmonie ne demande qu'un peu de temps pour prendre place,
et ainsi montrer encore plus de complexité.
Très beau Monthélie prometteur.
