December 8, 2023 - 4 hr double decant and this showed lovely aromas of fresh cherries, raspberries, roses and earthy mineral scents that lead to a plush, tart, cherry driven flavor profile with a wild herbal kick on the finish.

October 3, 2023 - I love the warm, truffly, sweet nose here. Super-vivid, lip-smacking dryness but deliciously seductive sweetness in the middle, and explosive length. Superb.

September 15, 2023 - Medium ruby color.
Nose of sour red berries, anise, grapefruit, and underlying alcohol.
On the palate it offers red strawberry, orange rind, sour cherry, tobacco, slight licorice and pomegranate.
High acidity, medium high tannin and long finish.
Very much in a young state at the moment, but highly enjoyable and approachable. Give it a good decant.

January 16, 2023 - Did not take formal notes but really enjoyed this over 2 days. Definitely better on Day 2 after the tannins softened. From memory: dominated by cherry with slight mint and vanilla.

December 1, 2022 - Loved the combination of Tajarin with tartufo bianco & Vajras 'Coste di Rose' 2017, a Barolo that delivers a lot of pleasure today. The plain red berry fruit finds additional shades of mixed dried flowers, mint and wet asphalt. Rich and also energetic & vital in the mouthfeel. Changing a lot in the glass this keeps all senses active. A beautiful Vajra wine.
