July 14, 2021 - From pop and pour glass. Nose needing some time and agitation in the glass for stink to blow off. Jammier nose, but not sweet jammy. Slightly dusty blue-dark fruit, and also some glyc sharpness. Palate renders these flavors in a natural wine idiom, and there's nice astringency and tomato and dark-blue fruit. Like this as one wine-bar glass, rather than a bottle.
