Community Tasting Notes 9

March 13, 2024 - This is really lovely stuff; natural cork; pale color; fresh and vibrant with lovely green and yellow orchard fruits, lovely floral and mineral notes with just a touch of salinity. The palate is fresh and vibrant with excellent depth and concentration for the level and a long saline tinged finish. Good stuff.

April 28, 2023 - Pale gold. Nose of saline, apple core, and citrus. Layers of pure grapefruit, granny apple, and cool white stony notes one the palate. Medium length finish of pear, lime, and apple amidst stone and spine. Was looking for a bit more pop but this is a very good wine. From a 375.

90 pts

September 18, 2022 - Pale white gold. Nose of apple core, grapefruit, stone, white flowers. Layers of pure grapefruit, lime, lemon, and tart apple on the palate with underlying stone and a bit of saline. Arched acidity and lovely structure. Longer finish of quenching tart citrus and stone. So great with baked sole and curry couscous. Half bottle consumed at Crater Lake NP.
