March 16, 2023 - Incredible vintage for Lachaux. With even more clarity and definition than the ripe 2018 rendition, 2019 Les Proces is gorgeous tonight, explosively aromatic, and showing incredible purity, elegance and finesse. The palate is pure silk, with minerality and verve and serious depth for a village wine. Magical things happening at this Domaine. Bravo Charles Lachaux.

November 7, 2022 - Miscellaneous Wines from Beaune and Chablis; 11/6/2022-11/10/2022: A small pour generously provided by another table at Le Soufflot, Meursault. Full ruby color. Medium to full bodied. Discretely ripe mixed black and red fruit and light oak. Round, sexy, and accessible with beautifully delineated fruit complemented by a ground coffee/bitter chocolate base and a citric lift. We didn’t have a chance to follow it, but the few sips we took were very promising.
