February 19, 2023 - Drunk over two days. Inky dark purple. Highly polished and smooth. The nose shows the full spectrum of dark through to red fruits - blackberry, dark plums, bramble, red cherry, with accents of charry oak and liquorice. It's a bit fatty and the tannins are supple. It certainly has depth of flavour without being over the top, but I might look for a bit more structure. Drink or hold.
