  November 26, 2010 - Deep ruby, with a compelling nose of cedar and autumn woods. The tannins here are completely resolved, and the fruit is perhaps a bit faded, allowing mature notes of earth, Darjeeling tea, and a well-integrated herbal element to show. I'd guess this was just a bit past peak - would've liked to try it 3 years ago. Still, a nice bottle with food.

  June 14, 2010 - From Mag. This was really showing well right out of the gate.
  Lots of leather,cedar,dried cherries, dried plums and tobacco on the nose.
  Palate had some nice fresh acidity,dark plums, a little cassis,leather,cigar box into a lively
  and classic finish. Really showing well.
