  June 23, 2023 - Burgundy Tasting (Restaurant Schweizer's, Stuttgart): Glass: Spiegelau Burgundy
  Clear, pale golden color. Clean, dense, salty and fine nose, a bit muted.
  Round, elegant, some fresh citrus notes, fine oak, well integrated. Creamy, dense and salty, good length. Currently more joyful than the Huber we had in parallel. 90-91

  Day 2 (Coravin): Subsided intensity. Evolved into appealing Maconnais, chalk, starfruit over mineral water base.

  July 8, 2022 - Burgundy Tasting (Restaurant Schweitzer's, Stuttgart): Glass: Zalto Burgundy
  Clear, pale golden color. Fine, youthful nose with some oak, chalk and ripe lime.
  More oak than the Macon, nice pressure, depth and density. Medium+ acidity, ripe, clear fruit, lime. Good structure and very balanced. Long, complex finish. Very good potential. 91+

  June 27, 2022 - This is delicious. Fresh and vibrant with citrus, green apple, a hint of almond, floral, and mineral. Lovely depth and a long finish. Would buy more

  mouth - nutty , good zest, very pure and restrained when cold. as it warms i start to sense tropical aromas including pineapple, and in the end it shows impressive richness.
