July 18, 2021 - A jump in vintages. And this is so clean, less characterful. .. no more diesel, so far less exciting.
Good wine, but more simple than it previous vintages.

February 19, 2021 - Appearance: deep colour, looks like espresso.
Nose: medium intensity; aromas of dry fig, caramel, coffee, cough syrup, toffee, walnut, roasted almond, prune, raisin, some meaty notes. Fully developed.
Palate: lusciously sweet, high acidity, medium plus tannins, pronounced flavour intensity. Raisin and prune on the palate. The finish is long and persistent.
Overall, it’s an outstanding wine. Can drink now, has potential for further ageing.
Viscous, luscious and intense! The high acidity counters the sweetness. The meaty characters surfaces at the end of the finish, which offers a unique charm and balance. Perfect with mango sorbet.2 people found this helpful Comment
