Love that nose.
Such copious horse ass and barn funk.
Flavors of dry earthen juice with gentle extraction of berries, such as Mulberries, Marionberries, Olallieberry.
10.5% makes this a joy to imbibe. Real and delicious. Would buy this every night to drink. -

January 15, 2021 - Very dark. Low alcohol (10.5%). This stuff is fresh, almost doesn't feel like wine. Very little acidity. Seems like no tannins. Like a concord grape freezy pop. Possibly should shake this wine.? Not sure what to do with this.
