Blinded. None of us guessed Chablis if I recall correctly. This was actually good - nice concentration, roundness. It's actually wonderful for the price-point... -

January 10, 2024 - I served this in my wine course. Classic nose of sea shells. Not detecting any oak or malolactic conversion in the nose. Some low pitched notes that I really dig in old school premier and grand cru Chablis - in the direction of raw cashews. Elegantly light mid palate. Some interesting burnt coffee bean in the finish. Wait, I'm confused, is this a sign of some oak influence after all?

January 27, 2023 - Moreau Naudet Chablis Horizontal and Chablis themed Blind Tasting (Bin 75 Alpharetta, GA): From the Lieu dit Cote de Brechain; salty, oyster shell, sea breeze, so classic, richness then a roller coaster drop of zingy acids; wow but not as complex as the Valmur.
