April 8, 2024 - Definitely needs air when first opened. Stron tart cherry acid resolves with aeration. After
Some time tannins show up and then also resolve into a pleasant wine. -

January 30, 2024 - Decanted to find no sediment. Gave it 2 round trips through an aerating decanter. Result is an enjoyable wine. Overall balance is good with just a slight edge to the tannins. Went well with turkey thighs roasted with BBQ sauce. A good wine for the price!
