March 25, 2021 - It doesn't get much better than this. Velvety Velvety Velvety. I find myself playing with the tanins in my mouth. Big enough for any food, but not overwhelming- just right. Maybe blueberry, coffee, dark chocolate, with the richness of a chocolate lava cake but not sweet. How is this possible?
