December 16, 2023 - Winter BYO with a lutefisk pause!; 12/16/2023-12/17/2023 (D O Lien): This wine exhibits a slender aromatic profile with a slightly closed character. However, hints of sweet citrus and crushed stone emerge. On the palate, it is moderately viscous, presenting a "clean and tidy" sensation. Delicate citrus fruit, clementine peel, spice, and mineral notes contribute to a lengthy and well-concentrated finish.

March 6, 2022 - Light straw yellow. Yellow apples, stone fruit, and citrus on the nose. Rounded opening but a laser-sharp acid approaches quite fast. Minerals, lemon, and grapefruit. Rocky finish. Young. Feel free to give it hours of air
