August 19, 2022 - Purple in hue and a bit of oak on the nose and not much else. Taste has a tart citrus note as well as a flush of black pepper on the mid palate. Low acid but pretty rich mouth feel that doesn’t seem unbalanced. A hint of RS but not cloying. A frisky wine for a Friday night
