September 11, 2021 - TSA - Galicia (Zoom call): Earthy, meaty, a touch of sulphur, sweet spice, blackberry and cherry which gets slightly jubey with time. Fleshy, juicy, raw silk textured tannic grip in the mid palate, wild blackberry and cherry with a little savoury minerality which is joined by a touch of non-intrusive alcohol warmth on the medium plus intensity length. Hmm. I think I like it.
