April 3, 2024 - Honestly, I am blown away by the quality of this wine for the price. Fruit forward with tannic complexities. If tasting blind I'd think it cost $90+. Classic Napa Cab at a bargain!

March 14, 2024 - Excellent wine at this price

December 4, 2023 - Good Napa cabernet at a great price. Can't be beat really but could use a touch more time.

October 18, 2023 - Regarding previous note. I meant a solid BUT not spectacular effort. Sorry if any confusion.

October 18, 2023 - Opened and did a standard decant, first glass @ 45 minutes a bit shy on the nose… but I picked up a nice cherry note… and a faint whiff of cedars oak. In the mouth, pretty much a full blast of fruit and oak, but I’d say the oak dominated at this point. At about 1 1/4 hours it had changed nicely, the nose was much more expressive with a light licorice at times but a dominant (what I call) olivy/eucalyptic note that I often get in mid- valley Napa cabs. The mouth flavors integrated correspondingly and nicely. All in all I think a good example of a sub$50 Napa Cab that actually tastes and behaves like a Napa Cab. Solid, if not spectacular, effort
