November 20, 2022 - Cloudy and slightly orange. Captured some notes particular to riesling varietal. Towards the stone-fruit end of the spectrum, grapes certainly ripened. Fun bottle to try, wouldn't buy this one in particular again. Probably best sipped as aperitif on a sunny patio, not a situation I am often seeking wine, I'd tend to cocktails.

February 21, 2021 - Bright citrusy bouquet with touch of quince, limestone and garrigue nose. Medium to light bubbles similar to a Cava. Perfect to enjoy as an apertif or over brunch or with seafood such as smoked salmon, mussels or clam chowder. Plenty of acidity but not too tart or sweet notes on the finish. Best to pair with food. Wine opened up over an hour.
