  November 18, 2023 - Medium golden colored, the nose is on pears, green herbs and hints of citrus and marzipan.
  For me this is much more interesting with food that on it's own, has good weight in the mouth, more about minerals than fruit, well dose acidity in form of Meyer lemon that clings to the side of the cheeks, very mineral, with hints of herbs and noble bitters on the finish which is medium length.
  Next time is slap up a Cataplana ( monkfish stew ) I will open my last one.

  April 5, 2022 - Medium gold - day bright
  Medium plus aromas of ripe citrus/ stone fruit and bruised apple with touch of green herbs/ fennel and judicious touch of oak
  Medium bodied with palate of ripe fruit as above with some added mineral notes/ wet rocks - roundish mouthfeel
  Medium plus acidity with mild phenolic bitterness and medium alcohol with nice finish
  Drinking well now - has lost a little of the ripe fruit nature from previous tasting

  -translucent light gold green grey
  -waxy lanolin white flowers honeydew melon wet stone
  -med+ acidity brings finishing zip to the otherwise med- weight softly textured mid-palate with floral melon minerality, excellent length with lingering sappiness
  -very good now, has some mature elements particularly on the nose

  April 19, 2021 - Très beau, ample et fruité, presque gras.
  Pour la vivacité on est dans un autre registre,
  mais c`est rudement bon.
  Poires, fleurs, abricots et amandes avec
  une pointe de pommes.
  La finale est bien longue et persistante.
  Impeccable.

  February 26, 2021 - Powerful well balanced white. Round buttery texture, dry, high minerality, oaky but not overpowered, stones, saline notes, balanced out with meyer lemon and pear.
