January 4, 2024 - Excellent example of balance in a wine. A rose and strawberry perfume on the nose. At 12.5% ABV this wine had ample Cherry, Strawberry, and boysenberry fruit flavors on the palate. Additional flavors of light tea, and earthy minerals contribute to layers in the flavor profile. This wine is great now and I expect it will continue to become more complex for many years ahead.

August 14, 2023 - Wonderful purity of fruit, opens up very nicely. With Katie and Tim in the kitchen and then on to thew porch. Such balance.
