  Here is a wine that is thin and underdeveloped. Totally wrong to release this in the current state. What ever happened to Paul Mason stating "we will not release a wine before it's time"
  
  Hard to define notes with grapefruit, lemon and lime forming its flavors. The problem is that it is delivered under heavy dosage of acid which made me literally not want to swallow. I spitted it out.

  June 30, 2021 - OK, melon and peach out of the shoot for me. This gives way to some vanilla and buttery notes that lead me to believe Chardonnay on oak. Oh, good thing my wife isn't having wine tonight. Not her style. Buttery and almost Creamy mouth feel make this more bold than I imagined it would be.

  Post Script - bottle says White Blend. Vivino describes at 100% chardonnay. Hmm
