Helles Gelbgold, breiter Wasserrand.
Gelbfruchtige Nase. Ananas, Pfirsich, auch etwas Vanille, Kräuter nach Zitronenmelisse und etwas Minze.
Am Gaumen breitschultrig und druckvoll (wieder gelbe Frucht mit ähnlichem Aromenprofil wie die Nase, buttrig/vollmundig/samtig) und gleichzeitig frisch und knackig (Säure, Mineralik).
Ein grosser Schritt vom „normalen“ Macon-Verze zum Le Monte.
Ein grosser Weisswein, vielleicht fehlt noch ein Quäntchen Komplexität zum Weissweinhimmel aber welch toller Zug am Gaumen!1 person found this helpful Comment -

March 5, 2022 - The Mâcon Verzé Le Monté parcel was purchased by Domaine Leflaive back in 2003. Green apple, citrus, and ripe yellow fruit on the nose and palate. Palate has excellent richness and intensity for its level despite little complexity. The underlying fruit is round, fat and oily but there is plenty of acidity in the backdrop. This cuvee is significantly deeper and richer than the regular Mâcon Verzé. 90-91
