November 23, 2023 - 15 minutes of air turned it into a very nice food wine with the Thanksgiving meal. Some oak and butter for sure...but mature and well put together. Not headed downhill either. Served slightly colder than optimal..but did fine

Golden straw colored, medium-bodied, with rich vibrant lemon, green apple, melon, crushed stone, and white flower-like aromas and flavors finishing with hints of brioche and toasted oak on a long and focused crisp acidic finish.
