August 12, 2022 - New vintage and again real excitement - this alluring, highly scented Fabien Duperray Chardo immediately hit the pleasure centre of my brain. White and bright golden in the glass. Vibrant, flamboyant nose showing lemon and lemon peel, green apples, sea salt, hazelnuts, hints of butter. Throughout mouth-watering (m+ acidity), expressive, wonderfully deep medium-bodied palate, structural and powerful, yet refined and elegant. Saline, taut, striking finish. Lots of time ahead here.
