September 15, 2023 - I am starting to think I may have opened most of these too young. Although I remember a bottle or two being a little advanced. This one showed some lime and saline and was drinking really well. I have one bottle left that I may hold on to in the name of science.

Some apple and citrus, with saline and minerals. A hint of green, maybe spearmint, too. Bright and energetic. My last bottle of this seemed advanced, nutty and fat, but this one is delicious. -
