August 9, 2021 - Popped and poured. Dark ruby. Dark fruits and a hint of floral on the nose. Deep red berry fruit balanced by fine grained tannins. Needs time or a long decant. Great potential here.

Restrained nose of pepper, black fruit and smoke
Lots of pepper and blackcurrant on the palate. Stemmy finish, very long tannins and high acidity makes for beautiful balance
