January 20, 2024 - (Dag 2) Duft av søte bringebær, noe mørke bær, tre, litt krydder, hengt kjøtt. Røde og blå bær, hint av appelsinskall, mørke plommer, sødmefull, bra konsentrasjon og lengde, moderat syre, fine tanniner.

November 9, 2023 - Perfumed red cherry aroma with notes of dried flowers, vanilla, and baking spices. Very complex. Rich red and black fruit flavors with a plum finish. Notes of cola and orange zest too. Smooth with fine tannins and good balance. Finish is short but improves with some air. Smells better than it tastes.

September 17, 2023 - Popped and poured this one , pairing with grilled tilapia and grilled peppers/eggplant . Ripeness is the dominant characteristic here . Not in a negative way. Well-made and balanced . Medium acidity , medium mouthfeel and medium tannins . Good but not great finish . Although I may have opened it a bit early, I don’t think you need to wait until 2026.

August 27, 2023 - cola and leather with a touch of cherry. A little dark note on the finish. Good wine with our BBQ chicken.
