March 4, 2024 - As always with Cantina Terlan a great experience.
Brings out the best of Pinot Bianco, the 12 months in large oak vessels together with the Chardonnay and the warm 2018 makes this a fusion between Burgundy and White Rioja.
Still with really pure and fresh fruit, even though the wine is dominated by the secondary notes from the vinification in oak. -

Nose: medium plus intensity; aromas of peach skin, white roses, grapefruit, mineral, creamy, marzipan, yogurt, pear, roasted hazelnut, salted caramel, savoury, 薏米, honey. It’s developing.
Palate: dry, high acidity, high alcohol, medium plus body, medium plus flavour intensity, peach skin, marzipan, grapefruit. The finish is long with some bitterness of peach skin and grapefruit lingering.
