    July 19, 2021 - Farve: granatrød. Lys, gennemsigtig. 5/5
Duft: lyse røde syrlige bær, tranebær, ribs. Noget urtet, stilket. 12/15
Smag: først syre, så de syrlige røde bær, så det urtede stilkede og en lille smule tannin. Lang vedvarende læskende smag. Saftig, frisk, men med kompleksitet. 16/20
Overall: lækker, læskende, frisk, kompleks, udfordrende. 8/10

January 28, 2021 - I don't know if anyone will ever read this note on such a niche wine.

I am a sucker for caiño, a maligned local grape from the Galicia region of Spain. For acid and salinity freaks only! Lovely. Should be very hard to find outside Spain but if you do and if (and only if) you are into tartness, give this a try. This one is a good specimen!
