September 11, 2022 - Pale yellow-green color w/excellent clarity. Light peach aroma. Peaches, pears, and golden delicious apples on the palate. Balanced mouthfeel, w/crisp, refreshing edge. Lingering sweet apple finish. Excellent w/pan-seared scallops or light seafood choice.
