aromas of sweet citrus, ripe yellow apple, nut oils and butter, airy spice and flowers
great depth and cut on the palate, layers of fruit, deep acid line, beautiful floral and spicy inner perfume, there's texture and weight but it's also zippy and bright, so lively and fresh, this has it all...
the acid balance on the finish is superb, gorgeous fresh fruity notes linger with creamy and spicy nuance, tart fruit bounces back as everything fades, this is a triumph, so balanced, long and fresh...

February 26, 2022 - Still young, somewhat leaner showing than last time. Very elegant, vertical, vibrant with lemon zest, minerals, good acidity, citrus. A wee bit of oak showing, it becomes the wine very well.

Super zingy, great acidity, razor sharp acidity, limes, concentrated, creamy finish. Just taking on a little nuttiness.
