April 25, 2021 - Strawberry on the nose. On the palate, strawberry, raspberry, and notes of peach and quinine on the medium finish, with a medium bubble and strong acidity. This was an excellent value at about $13.

March 15, 2021 - Just insanely quaffable. Goes down a treat; only a touch of sweetness on the finish and a delightful effervescence. Absolutely should have bought more!
