April 23, 2021 - PnP - perfect cork with letting wetting beyond the bottom. Medium light red; lovely spicey nose complemented by red fruits especially strawberry. On the palate this was all of a piece - subtle fruit and herb components blending together harmoniously. Quite remarkable at age 19. This could last another 5 years but probably not improve. Bravo to Navarro.

December 12, 2014 - Galoots Lunch (Double Zero Napoletano- Sandy Springs): From magnum; wow, a really impressive domestic Pinot, not the most complex given the age but youthful due to the bottle format and should continue to age gracefully, lots of sour cherry and a solid mid palate, not confected; really tasty, 91+.

    November 29, 2013 - GOOD fruit after 11 years.

October 9, 2012 - Decanted 1/2 hour before dinner. Still fine mature PN aroma, silky mouth feel, smooth tannin, OK acid. Cork sound, only colored about 3 mm. VG with pork chops.

December 21, 2011 - Mature PN with bricky color and some life left. Smokey and sweet fruit, smooth finish. Decanted upon opening and drank with dinner over 2 hours.
