November 10, 2020 - Color moving towards dark chestnut. Still has plenty of mature dark spicy fruit and acidity. Still drinking very well but I would finish up any remaining bottles over the next year or so.

August 17, 2017 - Color ruby center with brick red rim. The expressive nose gushes raspberry, sandalwood, anise, and earthy and floral notes. The palate is packed with raspberry, cherry, orange blossom, and sassafras. Prickly acidity initially that balances out with air. Resolved tannins and a medium-bodied mouthfeel. Overall, this was a very complete wine with great aromatics, solid structure, and a lovely flavor profile.

February 1, 2013 - Medium dark red in color; cloudy not clear. Bright nose of red fruits, strawberries and red cherry. Same on palate, round, luscious pinot fruit, candied strawberries and jammy fruits, typical of the Central Coast area. A clean, pleasant, thirst-quenching wine. Not complex, but very, very good.
