February 5, 2021 - Opened, decanted, and consumer over seven hours. Consumed true cellar temperature.
Burgundy in color.
Nose seems a little muted. Not a lot going on. Some savory hints.
What can I say delicious. Nice acidity, well balanced. Drinking like an older wine. Highly approachable right now. Some all spice, savory, black licorice, fruit leather notes. Full bodied. Medium plus finish.
I can't believe how good this young vintage is tasting right now. In 3-5 years this could be a 93 point wine. Unbeatable QPR1 person found this helpful Comment
