July 28, 2007 - very crisp and clean wine with good acidity, a smooth mouthfeel and freshly sliced apple and pear flavors. there's also a bit of vanilla and butter. grapes sourced from outside of mersault and aged in two- and three-year-old barrells. this is exceptional for a basic bourgogne.
