  August 1, 2023 - Classic varietal wine. Nose of canned peaches and pears, honeydew and sea spray. Palate adds almond skin, a lovely squeeze of lemon and takes the salinity in a decidedly cheesy/beery direction. Hint of spritz and refreshing acidity.

  July 22, 2023 - 91 Un vino excelente. Amarillo pálido. Nariz mineral. En boca es frutal, redondo, con final mineral y muy largo. Sabroso, intenso. Excelente añada. Madurará con elegancia.

  December 4, 2022 - Clear, golden. Notes of peach, honeydew melon, pineapple, jasmine, beeswax, toasted almond, thyme, rosemary and sea breeze on the nose, clean and moderately pronounced. Refreshing, bright, spritzy acidity, very saline, pomelo sherbert, white peach. Light bodied, very well balanced. Not overly long or complex, but an excellent example of this style. Very easy drinking, perfect for a beach picnic on a warm day. Would I buy another bottle? Absolutely - it's delicious!
