December 6, 2023 - P & P. Served before dinner, then with sautéed salmon, roasted chicken, broccoli, and baked potatoes. Good body, just enough sweetness; a pleasure to drink.

June 2, 2023 - PnP. Medium light gold. Lovely nose of orchard fruits (peach, pear) and citrus. On the palate this has lovely balance of unctuous fruit and acidity on the finish. Not a ton of dry extract which is nice. Lovely drink and will keep for a few more years without an issue. Improve over bottles from last year I think.

May 11, 2023 - Muted scents of peach and wet stone. Broad and generous on the midpalate with deep creamy flavors of ripe green melon, citrus rind, flint and saline. Finishes with abundant oak notes that just avoid being obtrusive and fat. Not sure if time will benefit as there seems a lack of acidic backbone here

April 20, 2022 - PnP. Light yellow. Nose of citrus and perhaps some white flowers. Very crisp and clean on the palate. Lovely balance. Will develop into something very interesting but quite Chablis-like at this point.
