February 5, 2024 - Light, fresh, with slightly sweet notes of stewed apples, peaches, lemon zest, and floral hints. Some what rich peaches and refreshing lemons. Creamy mouthfeel with slightly buttery, crumbly bread notes. Best crémant I've had in a while at this price point.

November 12, 2023 - Had this side-by-side with the basic NV. As expected this had more depth - more subdued fruit notes with a background of biscuit and brioche. For the small price difference, this one is a better QPR if you want a more complex example.
