December 12, 2021 - Came off very old school. Popped and poured. Great right out of the bottle. Dark fruits finishing with a little minerality. Medium to light weight Napa cab. Acid medium to medium low but it doesn't feel flabby. Really nice cab.

March 20, 2021 - Beautiful, potpourri nose as from a farm jam. Fruit forward on palate, but then rewards you with a very chalky, grippy mid (I just popped a glass from decanter, so the grip might lighten in a bit). But the wine isn't heavy or oaky, it's a light on its feet Cab. I like this a lot and I think once it releases the grip a bit, will be a great drinker.
Enfield really hitting it out fo the park pretty consistently. For me, their Waterhorse Ridge Cab is simply peerless, but this is another very strong outing from them.3 people found this helpful Comment
