March 29, 2023 - on the nose: some plum, strawberries, and other red fruit
on the palate: strong and bright, lots of fruit, tangy finish but in a good way. there's some alcohol there.

    Could benefit from some decanting.

Excellent wine in this pricepoint. Buy!

March 15, 2023 - Sumilar to the Shiraz-cab blend, only moreso. Definitely benefits from decanting. Really great value. Dark fruit and tobacco on the nose. Very smooth and balanced on the palette (after decanting). Not much of a finish at all- which is the only thing that gives it away as a cheap wine.

October 28, 2021 - Bright and spicy nose of sweet blueberries, black raspberries and plums, black pepper, some fresh sage and cinnamon. Easy going and crowd-pleasing style. Palate is more savoury and earthy than what the nose suggests. Full-bodied, energetic elements are competing for attention in the mouth and good length, followed by a powerful transition to an alcoholic but deep finish. Ready to drink now if you like your Shiraz to be lively and bold. It will benefit from a few years of aging to develop better harmony if you prefer a smoother and more supple presentation.

May 30, 2021 - Nice ripe fruit nose, smooth peppery and dark fruit on palate. Subtle tannins, good finish
