March 15, 2024 - Friday evening fun. Very light pale Straw in color. Totally translucent.
Aroma had asparagus at first with kiwi & ripe pear. Fresh on the nose
Acidity is bright and bold, body is light and refreshing.
Palate starts with lime, with lemon grass and even saline. Perfect for cocktail hour, poolside or pre-dinner -

March 9, 2022 - Lemongrass, tropical fruit, grassy nose. Not much bell pepper which I appreciate. Meyer lemon, tropical fruit palate with nice zippy acidity but not overly so. I can’t decide if I like this more than others since acidity post Covid is much more noticeable for me now
