  Open youthful peach and pear nose, apple scents too, floral and peachy like prosecco.
  
  Palate dry, fresh, but with gently oily core of ripe apricot and peach, touch of apple and lime on finish, providing freshness. Good. Fruity, nice balance. Persistent. Impressive. – interesting find. 91+ DB&SB Blind Spring Tasting.

  March 23, 2021 - Pale yellow, dominating white flowers like jasmine, green apple, white peach, ginger and tropical notes like Unripe mango and banana as well as chalky minerality in the nose. Medium body, feeling somewhat high alcohol and creamy texture in the mouth. medium to long fruity finish with hints of ginger and phenolics.
