December 22, 2021 - Omg! This is the real deal! I have previously been blown away by the 2017 and 2013, so expectations were high. They were met! The definition of Napa cab. Luxuriously full bodied, creamy tannins, a wealth of well integrated fruit and and oak in the chocolatey way, with coffee roast and toast. It is well integrated and there is plenty of stuffing to keep the oak balanced. Perhaps not yet as wide open as the 2013 and 2017 but I feel confident it will get there. 96+ with the potential to go several points higher

December 12, 2021 - Rich, all spice, tobacco, and vanilla on the nose. Palate is complex and elegant, lots of grip and needs time. Very good

December 12, 2021 - This wine is incredibly concentrated. Legs for days with glass and mouth coating viscosity. Dark Cherry and chocolate on the nose. Silky tannins in the mouth with a bit of spice and well placed oak. Incredible with dark chocolate. Can’t wait to revisit in 5 years.
