January 22, 2023 - (Decanted for one hour)
Dark red colour with a mature nose showing chocolate, red berries and fresh herbs with tertiary notes of mushrooms and leather taking over with time in the glass in a delicious way. Warm sweet red berries on the palate showing silk smooth tannins with a pleasant intensity on the lengthy finish. Still lots of primary fruit on top of tertiary maturity notes and in the perfect spot right now!

Red colour with a brick red hue, classic mature nose showing stables, cedar wood and old worn leather, before opening up with violets. Smooth tannins on the palate with a fruity freshness and warm alcoholic finish with a nice and lengthy herbal finish. Drinking deliciously right now both with food and without!

    October 26, 2019 - (Not decanted)
Deep red colour with a maturing nose showing chocolate, coffee and perfume in a very pleasant way and opens up with some sweet fruity notes. Very smooth on the palate with sweetness of red berries and with a herbal note and some dried fruit notes on the balanced finish. This is still drinking well, but is now quickly moving over to a mature state where it should last for many years to come.

July 25, 2019 - (Decanted for half an hour)
Red colour with a brick red hue and a maturing nose showing forest floor, meat stock, blackberries and some violets. Smooth tannins on the palate with refreshing primary fruit accompanying the tertiary notes to make it rounder and softer on the finish. This was very nice together with confit de canard tonight, but shouldn’t be kept much longer now.

Lovely mature nose with manor, stables and forest floor. Opens up with a very nice and pleasant way with flowers. Smooth tannins and still enough primary fruit to balance the palate in a good way. Some dried fruit on the long lasting finish showing some dried herbs as well. This was showing very well tonight, matching both the grilled meat as well as drinking afterwards.
