March 7, 2024 - Quick decant. Quite a complex nose, with dark fruit, smoked meats, black fig, dusty earth, and India ink. More smoked meat on the palate with crunchy blue fruits, black tea, acidity, minerals, and Prosciutto. Smooth tannins on the finish with blueberry, bresola, and touch of salt water an old oak. Wow - what a wine!
