January 4, 2024 - Good, softer Cabernet. Fruity but not a lot of tannins.

February 22, 2023 - Still pretty wound up. After an hour open it starts to show what it will have to offer in the future, but at the moment it is taking a nap. Maybe I'll pop another later this year to check in.
