July 6, 2021 - tasted over a couple of days. A little bit fizzy upon opening, disappeared after 30 mins. the nose is dominated by white flowers and yellow fruits. the palate is fresh, medium body and long. a little bit of bitterness which reminded me raw almonds. very enjoyable
