December 18, 2023 - Due to the situation we drank it pop'n'pour and over two hours, this was surprisingly approachable, yet still quite compact with great concentration, perfect balance between power and elegance, herbal peppery, with dark berry fruits, also some light floral notes (violet), impressive wine

En même temps d'une puissance et d'une finesse fantastique (si, si, c'est possible). A reserver pour un grand plat de chasse (lièvre à la royale) ou un plat avec des truffes
