February 4, 2021 - Cellaraid Discovery Box; 5/19/2017-5/26/2021 (Delivered to Home): Pale lemon, greenish hue. Medicinal nose, with ripe starfruit, and vanilla and caramel. Some acids, whilst having intense dried mango flavours, as well as salted caramel, almond and even that medicinal antelope horn. Quite a length of that caramel though. However, not a flavour profile I enjoy

June 28, 2016 - This is very fine on a scorching evening with grilled salmon over fettuccine pesto. Much more complex than the btl 3 years ago. Citrus and minerals take the front seat here and this is very chablisiene in style. Acid is gorgeous. No wood at all (that I can detect). Lovely, really lovely.

June 9, 2013 - Solid somewhat simply white burg. Nothing green here. Ripe pears on the nose and the attack, but nice green apples on the finish. Some buttered popcorn as well. Perhaps a bit disjointed. Still holding up.
